Gregory PRUDHOMMEAUX, Founder
13 years in China, Serial Entrepreneurs
Gregory PRUDHOMMEAUX has been living in China since 2005. After graduating from CUHK (the Chinese University of Hong Kong), Greg started his own consulting firm, in Shanghai, bringing business solutions to entrepreneurs and small companies.
In 2007, he co-founded NextStep, a business networking platform to help entrepreneurs to do business in China both online and offline by organizing close to 200 business events in Shanghai and Beijing (forums, networking events, conferences, workshops,…). NextStep became one of the highest sources of contacts, and exchange of information platform for entrepreneurs from Europe and North America looking to start a venture in China.
In 2009, Greg joined ALTIOS International, the French leader in International Business Development to become China’s Managing Director. With over 100 projects per year, Greg’s team supported projects from various industries from FMCG to heavy machinery, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, from different angles.
Since 2015, Greg decided to use his considerable experience helping companies doing business in China by relaunching NextStep Services and helping others to do business in China. Clients will now be making a good use of his extensive network and experience in Asia helping entrepreneurs in entering a new market through content marketing, operational support and consulting.
In 2016, Greg successfully run the "Roadmap to Success" workshops series to help Entrepreneurs to kickstart their projects
Greg PRUDHOMMEAUX has a bachelor in Asia Business studies from Chinese University of Hong Kong and Jean Moulin Lyon III University from France. He is also the founder of several businesses as well as professional events and involved in non-profit organizations (JCI, FrenchTech, French Founders, F&B Professionals,…) and is a columnist for Asialyst.com where he portraits French Entrepreneurs living in Asia.
Ana RAMOS, Co-Founder

Ana RAMOS is a Senior Facilitator and Master Coach. Based in Shanghai, she is focusing on training, facilitation and coaching for multinationals operating in China, delivering workshops and coaching managers looking to improve leadership and communication at all levels of the organization.
Ana has over 17 years’ combined experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Human Resources Business Partnership and Business management fields with almost 12 years’ experience specifically in China and Asia. Since arriving in China in 2004, she joined a leading executive search firm and professionally advanced through a number of different positions, from search consultant to her latest executive role as Managing Director for Shanghai office until June 2013. Over the last three years at the Executive Search firm Ana held dual roles as the Asia Team Leader for the firms’ Industrial, Engineering & Logistics Global Practice. Prior to joining the HR field in China, she held management roles in retail, service and engineering & automation companies.
Ana has a background in business & marketing. She is an ICC certified Master Coach and COI accredited practitioner as well as a certified SHL OPQ and HAST (Harrison Assessment Test) facilitator as well as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® certified facilitator and Master Coach.
She speaks Spanish, English, Chinese and some German; was born and raised in Mexico and has been living in different continents since 1999 and finally settled in China since 2004.
From 2014 onwards, Ana focused her professional career on working with individuals and corporations to coach and design cross-cultural training programs and leadership workshops as well as support multinationals in team effective communication, development initiatives, performance and change programs.
